Club Sanctions, Applications, and Renewals

How ACBL club managers apply for a new club sanction, renew an existing one, and manage club information through the MyACBL club-manager portal.

Every ACBL club game is run under a club sanction. Managers apply for new sanctions and renew existing ones through the club-manager tools in MyACBL.

Where to manage your club#

Day-to-day club administration lives in the Club Information area of the MyACBL portal. From there a signed-in club manager can review the club's sanction status, update contact and schedule details, and submit renewal applications. The portal also exposes a table-count dashboard so managers can track session activity across the club.

Getting help#

ACBL Membership & Club Services supports managers through the online Zoom Room and live chat. General questions can go to membership@acbl.org. Training videos for club managers are available in the ACBL Video Library.

Because a sanction is what makes a game eligible to award masterpoints, keep the club's sanction current and its schedule accurate before running sessions.
