Where to Find ACBL Hearing Reports

Explains that ACBL publishes disciplinary hearing (panel) reports on the Ethics & Discipline page, organized by the date charges were filed.

ACBL publishes hearing reports — the panel reports from concluded disciplinary cases — on its Ethics & Discipline page.

How they're organized#

Hearing reports are organized according to the date the charges were filed, grouped by year (e.g., 2026, 2025). Each entry is listed in the form In re: [Name], [case number] and links to the individual panel report (PDF), along with the date it was posted.

How to use this#

  • Browse by year to find a specific case.
  • Each linked PDF is the official report for that case.

Hearing reports are the public record of outcomes; the process that produces them is governed by the Code of Disciplinary Regulations. To check a person's current disciplinary status rather than case history, see 'Checking the Under Discipline and Resigned-with-Pending-Charges Lists.'
