18–20 Mar 2026A quorum being present, the Board approved the minutes of the Fall 2025 meeting in Atlanta without amendment.
The Competition & Conventions Committee brought forward a proposal to amend the scaling of overall awards for NABC+ events restricted by masterpoint holding. After discussion, the Board adopted the amendment as motion 261-12, amending the Codification 4.2.1 — Overall awards.
The Membership Committee proposed a junior dues schedule at one-half the standard rate. The Board adopted the proposal as motion 261-13, effective 1 January 2027.
A motion to mandate electronic convention cards at all NABC+ events from 2027 was considered and failed for want of a majority.
