The Board approved the Summer 2025 minutes and received the financial report for the third quarter.

The Masterpoint Committee proposed aligning virtual-club overall awards with in-person club awards. The Board adopted the change as motion 253-06, amending the Masterpoint Regulations 7.3 — Award tables, effective 1 January 2026.

The Board adopted motion 253-07 clarifying the confidentiality obligations attaching to recorder memos.
