About the Laws#
The Laws of Duplicate Bridge are the international rules of the game. They are maintained by the World Bridge Federation, not by ACBL, and are referenced here rather than versioned as part of this corpus.
Where an ACBL regulation and the Laws differ on a point the Laws reserve to the sponsoring organization, the ACBL regulation governs within ACBL events; on all other points, the Laws govern. The Conditions of Contest 2.1 may not conflict with the Laws.
